Is it your dream to live life like the hardcore I-banker that he is, taking decisions to spin-off divisions or split-up a company in a split second? Intaglio provides you the chance to be one in 'Corporate Catalyst'.

Corporate Catalyst provides participants an opportunity to work as Investment Bankers identifying a potential target, valuing that target and deciding upon how to go about acquiring it. It requires them to come up with the most accurate valuations, convince the client about their pitch and grab the deal.

• 1^st Prize : INR 7,000
• 2^nd Prize : INR 4,000

The event tests your Corporate Finance & Investment Banking Skill. It consists of 2 rounds.
Both rounds will be held on campus during Intaglio, with on the spot registrations. You need not bother with pre-registrations!

Round 1

• This Round will consist of Multiple Choice Questions.
• All registered teams will be given questions based on basic accounting, corporate finance and certain questions relating to the current happenings.
• Certain questions might require calculations so don't forget your calculators!
• At the end of first online round, a set number of teams will be selected based on their clearing a minimum cut off from online round 1.

Round 2

This will be a simulation of a real investment banking scenario.
Details of this round will be revealed to teams that qualify for this round.

• The event is open to students from all the B-Schools
• There should be 3 members belonging to the same institute in each team. ( All the members need to registered on the website to be able to register for the event)
• An individual can be part of only one team
• There is no limit to the number of contestants that can participate from a particular institute
• All the teams need to be registered in order to receive the problem statements.

• Round 1: January 6, Friday, 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm
• Round 2: January 7, Saturday, 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
